At Negus Noir, our clothing is crafted with purpose and produced in limited quantities to ensure quality, sustainability, and exclusivity. As a result, some of our items may be made-to-order or part of a pre-order release. We ask for your patience as we prepare your garments with the attention and care they deserve.
All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this processing time may be subject to change for hand-processed products and during high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS ground mail and will arrive within 3-7 business days. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or carrier delays. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that additional fees may apply.
For all clothing pre-orders, please allow a processing and shipping window of 3-6 weeks from the date of purchase. This time frame allows us to uphold our commitment to ethical production and deliver pieces that are made to last, not mass-produced. We believe quality takes time, and your patience supports a slower, more intentional fashion model that benefits people and the planet.
As we expand into herbal remedies and all-natural skincare in the near future, certain wellness products may carry longer processing times due to their handcrafted nature. Any such timeframes will be clearly stated on the product page when applicable.
Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed and may arrive sooner than expected depending on where we are at in the preparation process. We appreciate your patience and understanding and will provide updates on the status of your pre-order as it progresses. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and as such, we have established a clear return and refund policy.
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on any of our items but if you receive an item where the quality was compromised, please contact us within 24-48 HRS of receiving your order to request an exchange. (This does not include any herbal blends or soaps as ALL SALES ARE FINAL)
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you would like to exchange is no longer available in the desired size, scent, etc. we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or issue a store credit. Please note that all shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Before any exchanges are approved we will request proof of damage via email (photos, videos, etc) and then run it by our quality control department for a final decision.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any exchange request if the item has been damaged after shipping or if it has been used or altered in any way. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the quality of our products.
